Great place to get ramen in the area! The restaurant is pretty small, so it’d be best to go with just one other person instead of a big group. There were a few tables that could also fit four people. Karaage - 9/10 crunchy, juicy. The sauce reminds me of chick-fil-a sauce lol. We got the Hokkaido and Tokyo cha shu ramen ($19 each). The Hokkaido had a stronger miso taste than the Tokyo. The cha shu is grilled which provided a good texture and flavor. Also, the portions are huge! We could not finish it all and took leftovers home.
Highly recommended. This is some of the best ramen I've had outside of Japan, after living in Japan you get spoiled but this was spot on and brought me back.
My wife and I were ROASTING in here because they were doing work in the back that needed the door open. Somehow, the taste of the hokkaido ramen was delicious enough to keep us slurping it down even while we sweat. Perfect tasting broth and a well made noodle have me wanting to come back!
