NO ONE wears gloves!!! I had to go back inside because my order of plain cheeseburger was wrong. They said I ordered it incorrectly but that's not even the biggest issue. They said they would fix it and took them into the back. Again NO GLOVES. When I rechecked them the bacon still had mustard or whatever on it...hmmm seems like you just switched out the cheese and bun. Barehanded the bacon. Yuck!! Pass on this place
Milkshakes were liquid and neon. Seemed like they’d dumped twice the amount of flavoring in that was needed. Service took twenty minutes even though there was only one other group in the store and a very slow drive through line. Floor was sticky and you couldn’t eat in the dining room. Women’s bathroom smelled terrible.
Happy to find a Rally's still open in our area. We like the mushroom Swiss burger. Also their fries are terrific
