Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Wife and I have been here twice. Both times we were blown away buy their awesome customer service. Even the young man sweeping the floor stopped buy our table to ask if everything was okay. Both times they brought our food to us when we clearly saw them call out other customers names and they went to the counter and got there food. Made us feel special. (or old, not sure which). Defiantly the place to go if you like French fries. Food came quick and was hot.

The workers here are pretty slow. The GM walks around acting like she can’t hear when her employees are messing up orders. The chicken is never cooked properly and the breading falls off soon as you grab a piece which means the chicken is being pulled out the fryer to early.

They seemed popular so I wanted to try. I did not like the food here. No BBQ sauce! The Canes sauce was not tasty. I think it is 1000 Island dressing with a lot of black pepper added. The cole slaw was not very good either. Chicken was OK, but nothing to dip it in. Fries were OK. Not sure why it is so popular here. Is Big Mac sauce the same as 1000 Island dressing? Not sure.
