I went in & ordered carry-out. The food was ready quickly & I found out why when I got home. I had paid for fried pickles but they weren't in the bag. Also, the chicken tenders were small & over cooked. I would have traveled back to your restaurant but couldn't leave my husband who has Parkinsons alone. I won't be ordering anything again. So disappointing, money not well spent. I suggest you have your staff show the buyer everything in the bag from now on.
Arrived on a Wednesday evening, waited to have our drink order taken for 15 minutes, ordered food at same time. I waited 45 minutes for our food. While I watched another table who Arrived 20 minutes after us get there items in minutes. My son and I left after an hour of waiting with no food or apology for the wait. So ridiculous. In my life never had to do that.
Sadly our experience was not so great. Mine and my daughters food got cold waiting on utensils. Then my husbands good got cold waiting on sauce because the server forgot to bring that when he brought the utensils. Then we waited on celery. This guy was just a mess. Not to mention the only reason we went was to try the new sauce flavors and they were out. Not their fault, but it was disappointing
