Railroad Bill's Dining Car

We were seated promptly. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant building was pretty neat to look around in. I had an omelet, potatoes and toast. My food was hot and very good. Large portions for a reasonable price.

Brunch time was a bit busy. Food was cold when served and brought only after we asked the waiter to check on our order. Poor service. Self service for coffee and even water. Didn't really know this place existed so wasn't really expecting a lot. The atmosphere is that of an old train depot that is connected to an antique store. The food is straight forward with not a lot of frills. Our food came out quickly, hot, and correct. In fact the meat was a little over cooked but not burnt, they just need to turn their grill down a little bit. We did ask for a side of ranch but the pre-packaged ones they gave us were expired so we didn't get to use them. All in all the food was delicious but absolutely no frills. I plan on coming back to try their lunch menu. Kid-friendliness: Saw kids when we were there and they have a limited kid menu. Parking: They have metered street parking or there is a parking garage at the end of the block. Wheelchair accessibility: It would be very difficult for a wheelchair to get around here. Dietary restrictions: If I was a vegetarian I wouldn't be able to find a lot to eat here, at least for breakfast.
