My boyfriend and I were coming in to grab some drinks on our way out of town and while we were inside the manager named Jesse I believe (my boyfriend saw his name, I didn’t get a chance to look) was screaming from the register at one of his employees behind the kitchen counter. I don’t know what the issue was or the circumstances obviously but as a managers of several years (my bf and I) it was completely inappropriate behavior in the workplace. ESPECIALLY in front of guests coming into your store having to witness and listen to that while trying to get what they need and leave. It was apparent that said employee was talking back as well but for the most part he was just trying to do what he was being asked to even if he wasn’t reacting in the best way. As managers we are supposed to coach our team not belittle and scream at them or you push your employees away. The ice dispenser has been "temporarily inop" for months and the tea dispenser has forever just produced water. When I tell the workers they just shrug and smile, even with a maintenance person next to them. Worse QT in 4 states.

Gotta love the lack of care for safety here. Kids are walking under his lift through this door
