I rarely post reviews but, the service here has been increasingly worse. I love their food but, my order today was almost laughable. I ordered a chicken bowl and side of fries - my bowl is half full, and when I opened the fry box…. there is literally 10 fries in the box. I thought my significant other ate them but his box had the same amount. It’s 1/4th full…. This is sad and I don’t find it acceptable. SMH. Good quality but, quantity is ????????
We called in an order for delivery from this PepperJax Grill in Olathe, KS. I like a good Philly Cheesesteak and they advertise that they specialize in Philly Cheesesteaks. The sandwiches pictured on their website look like good Philly Cheesesteaks. We ordered a steak sandwich with extra cheese, grilled onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms on the sandwich and side sauces of Au Jus and Ranch. We also ordered a chicken sandwich with extra cheese, etc. same as the steak sandwich. What we received were a dried out steak sandwich on a stale bun with NO CHEESE or mushrooms, onions or bell peppers and NO side sauces. The chicken sandwich was also on a stale bun. There were a few onions and bell peppers chopped to tiny bits and also large slices of not grilled, mushrooms. The mushrooms old and I think were supposed to be fresh instead of grilled. Food was good. They were a little busy and there was a wait but employees were empathetic and friendly. They moved with urgency.
