Queen's Soul Food.

I was starving and decided that I wanted some soul food, so I get there food looked good, but however it was not, I ordered jerk chicken & Mac & Cheese, and the lady gave me two small thighs the size of a baby chicken leg, then the mac and cheese. I was so happy to eat until I started eating, the chicken was dry, and didn’t not have flavor, that Mac and cheese was beyond disgusting, no flavor at all just oil and noodles, I couldn’t even eat it I tried adding salt and it was still nasty 0 out of 10 I would not recommend, you figured being in the south people can cook but unfortunately that was a lie like look at this

Because of their good reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm not sure what happened to their oxtail but they sure taste like someone dumped a whole thing of salt seasoning on them. I tried to finish the food but damn I couldn't. I have drank half gallon of water so far and still taste the salt in my mouth. Just horrible.

I would have given this place 5 stars but the staffs nasty attitudes changed that. It was if I were rushed to place my order and no one was behind me waiting to get their order taken. I could see if it was extremely busy and I were holding someone up but that wasn't the case. Yes they have stupidly huge portions. Great tasting food also. Like it came from Grandma's kitchen. My only suggestion for this place is be patient with your patrons and you'd have an amazing review. BTW the prices are great for the amount of food that you receive. My meal consisted of baked spaghetti, collard greens, and corn. Definitely wasn't out of a jar or can. I'd still recommend this place for good home cooked meal flavor.
