QDOBA Mexican Eats

This location has gone down hill with the new workers. Used to be my favorite. There is a young kid that works there that has very long hair no hat he constantly touches his hair and face then touches food. Chicken was burnt. I will be trying out chipotle for now

Came here for Steak Nachos around 8pm on a Saturday. I was told by the cashier that they were out of chips. I seen the lady in the back currently frying chips so I asked how long and she said they were out for good. I said it’s fine and that I would try another location. I changed my mind came back in less than 10 minutes later to just get a bowl and I would go to the store and purchase my own chips.They magically had chips. While making my bowl she took a half scoop of meat, I asked if I could have more meat she said it would be extra. Paid $15.99 for this and the chips were stale. I’ve never had any problem at this location until today. Horrible service.

This location is not good. They never have lobby open and you have to call ahead or order online. Today I showed up at almost 11am (they open at 10:30am) and the doors were locked. There was someone else waiting outside too. We called and no one answered. We knocked on the door and the employees saw us but never came to the door to tell us what was going on. There was also no sign posted on the door besides the open at 10:30am sign! We were totally ignored until we just left. The man standing with me had a pick up order he had to cancel.
