What can I say, the food was good, but I had to add table salt and restaurant-provided Cholula hot sauce, which is usually an indicator of a lack of flavor. Don’t get me wrong, the dish was good, it was just a little lacking in flavor and excitement, which is odd considering the prettiness of the plating. I can’t explain it, it just wasn’t as good as my usual experience. Maybe it was this location. And the Pineapple Express was very sad!! Could have really used a pineapple wedge for garnish perhaps, overall I found the drink rather bland just like the rest of the food. Would definitely visit again, because I’ve had more flavorful experiences in the past. Must be noted the service was very good and the atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant was very pleasant!
If I could offer a zero-star review, I absolutely would. My family and I went to the T&C location and were very disappointed with the experience. We arrived and were seated quickly. Our server (Josh) took our orders and then things went downhill. We watch three other tables get seated and have their food delivered before ours arrived...despite our server telling us on two separate occasions that 'it would be right out'. Furthermore, when the food did finally arrive..only two of our plates were served. I was left waiting for mine, given no explanation why mine was even further delayed. After speaking to Dean, the manager on staff, miraculously my food arrived...with a side of hair. After waiting 35 minutes for our food to arrive and then finding DNA samples inbedded therein, we had enough and chose to leave. By far, the worst service I've ever experienced. Will not be returning.
So I’ve dined in here before and it was great. I decided two weekends in a row to order to go and literally both times I was super disappointed but each was worse than the other. The first time portions seemed small but honestly I let it go. We ordered the following weekend and I was appalled by what I was given. Literally it was half of what you would normally get if you dined in. We got the special eggs Benedict and barely got one egg. It was the size of a quarter. We got no side no fruit. With either of our entrees. I’m not sure if they just figured we would think that’s how it is but it’s not. It’s totally different food quality from dining in to take out which is totally unacceptable. I paid $50 for breakfast and it was maybe worth $20. I was more than disappointed I was kinda enraged. Whoever is in charge of quality control totally failed. I won’t be making this mistake for a 3rd time dine in or carry out. You definitely just lost a customer for life and one that’s super local to
