This location continues to her worse and worse. Came to get dinner today (5/19/23 at 4:30PM) and was told they’re taking online orders only…. RIDICULOUS! And there were workers standing around doing nothing talking on the phone. I hope this location either gets it together or close down! I will never come to this location again and advise my SLU co-workers and students alike to do the same.

placed order, picked up. It was so wrong, it's hard to imagine how they could have made so many mistakes. The correct order was on the print out but that's not what we got. When I called to tell them that there were three items we didn't get and wanted to get a refund, the woman hung up on me.

Stopped ordering in person because the staff are rude or irresponsible. Order a takeout from the mobile app. They messed up my order by placing the wrong bowl in my bag. Can't even have a proper response or responsibility from any of them. Only going here as it is closer to my place.
