First time visiting the foundry. I had a taste for a burger and decided to give Intergalactic Burgers a try. Well, unfortunately my burger was pink inside and lacked seasoning. However, the fries with cheese sauce were fine and the cashier was pleasant.
Have not had a burger, given the terrible reviews. But the waffle fries are worth returning for. They're cooked perfectly, a little crispy on the edges, with a soft interior. Toppings are not hipster-food interesting, but are very good - comfort food cheese sauce balanced with savory seasoning and fresh green onions.
Unfortunately the burger was awful. The fried egg was over cooked as well as the meat. The bun was stale and burger had no flavor. The fries were okay. Very disappointed, especially for a location that is known as an upscale food court.
