QDOBA Mexican Eats

Visited qdoba on September 18, 2022 and purchased two bowls. Totaling $21.55. My card had been charged 3 more times that same night and took my card to a zero balance. Went back to the store the next day and the manager said there was nothing she could do if the charges were still pending. So the night of September 19, 2022 qdoba tried to charge my card three more times and have been doing so everyday since then and I still haven’t received a refund from the money I lost from the first day. I visited the store a second time and still was told there is nothing they can do right now and to wait a few days and I’m on day 5 and still haven’t received a refund of my $30 and they are still trying to charge my card. I need for you guys get that store in order or the system or whatever cause I am not happy at all that I have to suffer from you alls mistake. Makes me not want to patronize if this will be the outcome on top of service. Someone is stealing money from customers!
