QDOBA Mexican Eats

I got a chicken and steak bowl, which were decent. The chips for my queso were stale, my chocolate chip cookie was stale. The employees really need to wear hair nets, 2 of the women had wild bushy extensions, a male had unkempt hair as well. The younger girls now dress with ripped jeans and belly tops. This used to be my favorite location but it has declined significantly.

After making 2 trips because of an item that was missing alot of the regular topping, then to go back home and start to eat our food just to find out the rice and beans wasn't cooked properly????????????! 40 bucks wasted!! And tried several times to call up there! Was just too tired to go back there.

Don’t bother ordering online here. Waited over an hour after expected order ready time before leaving and going elsewhere. Had to request refund online, because not one of them wanted to help sort this out! Or simply use our order number or confirmation email! There was maybe four customers total. Unbelievably frustrating, I will not be returning
