I bought the pepper steak and rice for lunch on August 3, 2022. The steak was over-seasoned and tough, so I called and spoke with a young lady and requested a substitution with another order in lieu of a refund. She flat out stated, "No. We don't do refunds or substitute orders." The dish was awful and China Gourmet has lost a frequent customer.
General Tso’s and mixed vegetables food was good I also love how they wrap your food Overall good experience
