QDOBA Mexican Eats

My wife and I ordered 3 chicken tacos delivery via DoorDash form the Qdoba in Sandy Spring, Georgia. When we received the food, however, the tacos only had chicken and some sprinkled cheese. We called to see if, next time, we needed to specify that we wanted lettuce, tomato, etc., because there was no option online to do so. The key manager on duty, (Lucia I believe) was completely disrespectful from the beginning. She would not let my wife speak and continued to state that it was our fault for not specifying what we wanted on the taco. We asked if we could have the tacos re-made, and we were told the only way they would remake the tacos, is if we drove out to the physical store location, show them the tacos, and they would then remake them. Not only is the entire mantra of most every store in America, "The Customer is Always Right," but to say the only way to have our food remade is to drive, during a pandemic, to the store to prove to them that these tacos were in fact not what

Had lunch catered at my job and was totally WOW'd by the presentation alone. Neat/clean and colorful. The food was seasoned to perfection and loved by all attendees. Sorry I didn't get a pic. There was nothing left but sizzling pans and some chips! Vegetarian options: There was a version of impossible meat - attendees devoured everything! Did not disappoint.

My family and I visited Qdoba earlier in the week and overall the experience was good. My husband felt that his beef was a bit dry in his burrito, but outside of that everyone enjoyed their meal. My kids both had nachos which they loved. I ordered a veggie taco salad for myself, which was delicious. The best part of the meal was the Queso! It was a bit spicy but very flavorful. I’ll be visiting again just for that. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable about their menu. I would recommend this place.
