The food is here is GARBAGE. They benefit from the patronage at the Westin, and people employed nearby in the other concourse buildings, but I recommend going elsewhere. Nice waitstaff, but the food preparation needs major improvement.
The Courtside Grill used to have excellent service. I went there with a small group of co-workers for their happy hour; we cashed out and were told that there were "extra" beers that they didn't know who's tabs to put on. With our drinks accounted for, it seems they were mistakenly trying to charge us for drinks that were never ordered, poured, or served. If you end up eating here, good luck and count your drinks. Update: after some of us had left, a manager came by and told my group "you better tip well next time, because those drinks are coming out of your waitress's tips". Terrible to customers and terrible to employees too, apparently.
