QDOBA Mexican Eats

This is my first time writing a review of a restaurant. We have only ordered online, and the food is excellent. However, I wanted to go into the restaurant to order food, and one of the servers was EXTREMELY rude while she putting the bowl together. She made me feel like I was wasting her time ordering and made me uncomfortable. I was cordial and continued to place my order. I’m sorry, but I couldn’t put a tip to my order, which is sad because the other person was pleasant.

Was really hoping for this place to be decent, the reality was anything but.....As someone who works in thinking about consumer experiences this was a terrible first time experience and obviously last for me. First i ordered online, I got to the place 5 minutes past the time that my email confirmation said my food would be ready and still my food hadn't even been made yet... . The employees ( there were only 3 at the time ) were rude children. The girl at the counter didn't even say anything to me ( there were only two people in line ) I told her I was there for pick up and she asked my name. I told her my name as she giggled and she asked three more times as if she couldn't hear me ..( I was standing right in front of her ) she kept giggling i asked what was so funny ( already now feeling uncomfortable and regretting ordering from the place ) and she said oh nothing and notified me they hadn't made my food yet. This is one of the worst “Mexican” fast food restaurants in the area. The area that they have the meat and vegetables is always dirty. The food is not the best. Hop their Management look into the obvious things that a client can see and taste that the restaurant is not performing within standards.
