Went here for lunch, dine in. Couldn’t place my order with the person at the counter and was told I had to use the automated ordering system. After much aggravation was finally able to place my order, or at least I thought, I swipe my card and everything was fine, but I did not get a receipt. The person behind the counter said the order did not go through and placed it manually (I don’t know why she couldn’t have done this from the beginning) either way, she assured and reassured me that I was only charged for the one order. Well guess what, two chargers of about 30 bucks! Now I can’t figure out how to get refunded!!!

Wish I could give ZERO stars!!! Just moved to this area and stopped here for quick dinner. First off, there are no cashiers. They have 3 quiosks and only one works SUPER SLOW. If your technology breaks then something needs to be done to fix the process. Second observation, this place is absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!! EVERYTHING was dirty. The place smells dirty. The floor is slippery, it literally feels like I'm walking in front of the fryer. There is plenty of staff here and the customer service and work ethic of most employees here is embarrassing. Employees aparently "off the clock", yet gathered in the corner behind the counter hanging out. The lady at the counter had zero sense of urgency. Seems like her shift ended and she just walked off her station and just clocked out, which left noone to bag the food for the people dinning in. Came at 12am which they close at 2am and they were only serving nuggets and fries and drinks. Then we sat in the drive threw waiting 12 minutes until someone ask what you waiting for in which we said are nuggets and they took another 10 minutes to give us are food this is ridiculous. … More
