QDOBA Mexican Eats

Food is great, but do not believe it when online says "ready in 11 minutes". I have been waiting for far longer than that. Edit: food was rushed out and half items forgotten. I have contacted manager and was told i would get a refund. I have yet to recieve refund. Disappointing. 10-11- not coming here again. Photos show what was delivered to me.

About 6 months ago I couldn’t even eat there anymore because they never would give you the extra meat your ordered and it was always cold. I just picked up an online order and it was perfect!! Whoever is managing now you are killin it!! Keep up the great work!

So me and my husband come here all of the time. This night I came by myself and I was waiting for service but the black guy totally ignored me and acted as if I wasn’t there. Finally this young Hispanic lady approaches me with braces she says ma’am have you been helped yet and I told her no and then the black guy commented and said I didn’t even know she was there which was very rude! She then looks at me and says I’m I am so sorry about that what can I get started for you? A proceed with my order she has great customer service the whole time but I will not let it slide that the first guy that noticed me ignored me and then once the lady with the braces starts taking my order he proceeded to take the ladies order that was standing behind me. I hate to use race in context but none of the workers and I mean absolutely none of them had name tags on I would have asked for the manager but absolutely none of them had name tags on.
