I went to this location on 8/28 they were short staffed so it was online ordering only. Surprisingly it was super easy to order and the staff working the evening shift were super friendly and made the bowls perfect!
Like im seeing from other reviews, i ordered a chicken burrito from the Novi location via door dash. To my surprise it was missing multiple ingredients (including the chicken?). I am extremely disappointed that they did not call me to ask if i wanted to replace AT LEAST my protein with something else. When i went to call them to let them know they forgot no one picked up or called back. I would like this resolved & would like a refund if possible.
Sign says “Please excuse our performance while we are short handed” or something but it’s a trick. These dudes are like ninjas in the kitchen, fast and efficient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Qdoba is already fresh and delicious, but good service and clean facilities make the stop worth it. Bravo !
