It’s pretty sad to see Boston Market in this state. The parking lot is literally crumbling, weeds growing. The food is expensive and not the quality it was years ago. It just didn’t taste as good. A half chicken meal, extra side, 1 drink cost me over $18.00. Crazy. Hopefully this chain can come back, but I doubt it. Many of the locations look like this. It’s very sad. I remember seeing Boston Market in the Seattle area 20 years ago. It’s not there now. I don’t think it’s even on the West Coast anymore. It’s hard to find Boston Market these days. Nice to find one in the Detroit area. It’s more nostalgic than good eating.
I am just going to state NEVER again. This was suppose to be the sliced turkey meal for 4. The turkey was discolored & crumbled. The vegetables seem to be old/rotten but they cooked them anyway. I wanted to try the Nashville Hot meal. It looked NOTHING like the picture. I thought it was like a dry rub seasoning but instead it seems like someone poured a heavy amount of hot sauce on chicken.
I used Active menu to place a take out order. My order was ready when I arrived. It was hot and tasted great. I don't get Boston Market often because I don't live near one any more. I ordered on my way through and was very happy with everything!
