QDOBA Mexican Eats

Although this location was probably the cleanest Qdoba I have ever visited, the employees were possibly the rudest employees I have ever encountered in the restaurant industry. My family and I entered this particular Qdoba nearly 3 hours before closing on November 12. We were celebrating the birthdays of three ladies in the family and had some gifts with us to open. When we walked in, the employees seemed incredibly irritated and began whispering to each other. We asked if anything was wrong and they did not respond. When it came time to order, I was told we could only order bowls. I asked if they had run out of other ingredients, and the employee purposely ignored me. My family and I went to a different restaurant, and I never did find out why we were only able to order one option from the menu.

Usually I have a good experience here but yesterday when I came in, I was the only customer in the store and stood at the start side of the line for about 3 minutes getting the silent treatment from the 5 workers behind the counter. They finally came to take my order with an attitude after they saw I was patiently waiting and not leaving. I felt like they were mad that I came to order food? Weird experience

Really unprofessional they messed up our order and then got an attitude with us like it was our fault, workers seemed high and our food was disgusting. Never going there again. Where is the accountability? 845pm on 9/4/2022
