QDOBA Mexican Eats

1:55pm on a Saturday - doors locked with people working inside. Outside hours say they are open but they are not. One worker gave us the thumbs down that they are not open. We sat in our car and saw 5 other people try to open the doors. Pretty sad. Update: I came here again to try Qdoba and they were still closed on a Sunday around 5:30pm during regular business hours. Do not waste your time.

Least organized Qdoba I have ever visited. I was the only person in line, but there were 4+ online orders in front of me. Which is fine, but they kept mixing up the orders together, and at one point after my burrito was done it got lost. The bags and receipts were all over the counter with no method. Someone showed up to pickup while I was paying, and they had to remake an item because it was missing from their bag in the pile on the counter. I paid and stood there, and had to remind her to hand me my burrito, which she gave me wrapped in foil but with no bag or anything. Very odd experience.

Yesterday was the worst experience my family had here at this restaurant. We've been here numerous times over the years but it hasn't been this awful like yesterday. The entire crew was new with Katie being the store manager. Entire kitchen and connected areas were absolutely filthy, messy and disgusting. The food was inedible due to either contamination or being burnt or having painfully too much salt. The restaurant worker boy who took our order is not nice at all and this punk should have never been given this for a job. The crew didn't bother stocking supplies such as cup lids or keeping the soda machine working. We wasted 30 dollars and just threw away our food.
