MOD Pizza

My review is for lady with red hair and tattoos, please treat drivers with respect. Don’t make them think that they are stupid standing over there. My order was ready but you ignored me and let me stand for no reason. I hope your management teach you some customer care lessons.

The line wasn’t that long but it still took 15 minutes before my pizza was in the oven. Then then the person who was doing nothing but watching the pizza and taking them out burned my pizza. The person who was cutting the pizzas cut mine and didn’t even acknowledge that it was burnt and handed it to me as if the picture below is an acceptable quality to hand over to a customer after waiting for 30 minutes to get my pizza. I tried to inquire about why it was so burnt but they didn’t have time for my complaint. I am not one to complain about food but I almost asked for my money back. However I had already spent so much time getting this pizza I didn’t have time to wait another 30 minutes for a new one. This is the 3rd time in a row that this location has had bad quality and taken forever so I finally write a review and will not be back

We are low carb, so have been avoiding commercial pizza.... but heard that they have a cauli crust... & it was terrific; crisp, thin, not doughy or wet... a real treat. Will definitely have it again.
