QDOBA Mexican Eats

Overall pretty good, reminds of Chipotle but better, good choice of sauces and the quesadilla was good size. Reasonably priced, entire with drink and chips and sauce and large quesadilla was just over $17

Cannot speak for the food. We decided to go here tonight for the first time, their register charged our card twice (they were aware their register was doing it to people) My husband paid, it said approved on the card reader took his card and left while I finished up and grabbed the food. That is when I was told it might have charged us twice and to check our bank statement. I had to pull up my banking info, show them it charged twice, waited for the (manager?)Josh to get off the phone, then I’m told they needed the card in order to refund the 2nd charge, I had to call my husband to come back to the restaurant, by the time it was all said and done I had to ask for a full refund. It had been over 20 minutes of them trying to fix the problem, our food was cold. We were never offered to have our food remade so it could have been fresh, we received a very minimal apology from Josh, and I couldn’t even get a receipt showing it had been refunded because I was told the register isn’t printing!

Typical bowl/burrito place where you pick everything and they pile everything in. Nothing much to rave about and value for money was disappointing. The queso and chips I would get again
