Love the food here, but will not be back. The woman who is the general manager is the absolute worst ever. I’ve been at this location probably 25 times and every time I deal with her it is an absolute nightmare. It’s the rude and condescending remarks every time that get me. That being said, everyone else there is polite, cheerful and in a happy mood….makes the customers feel that way as well (that is when she’s not there). It literally feels like you’re in detention or the principal’s office when she is there. Everything is met with a smart a**, condescending remark that just makes your skin crawl. The nice woman on the line gave me extra sauce in a cup and this woman (the GM) literally halted production to embarrass the employee for giving me extra and then got an attitude with me and tried to charge me for it after giving me my total. She then proceeded to inspect my food bag like a TSA agent. I feel bad for the employees there. I’ve managed and run ups stores for over 17 years and

This is the first time I have actually dined this location. And after reading other reviews I understand what people mean by saying the manager is absolutely horrible. The way she treated the employees by screaming and being so unprofessional made my whole dining experience uncomfortable. The food was OK but the atmosphere made me eat quickly and leave.

Great selection of toppings for my steak bowl. Friendly service. Ordered chips and salsa and got the tiniest cup of salsa ever. Not a great value for $3.50
