I went at 10:30AM to avoid the queue. I didn’t wait for ordering but I still waited 15 mins for food. The salad came with 2 tenders and 3 dressing. The chicken was so soft and juicy. I chose medium hotness and it was not that spicy. I really enjoyed the salad. I recommend that you come here early if you don’t want to wait for long.
Damn good chicken, poor service. I actually feel bad because it's high volume and it must be hard to deal with the lines. But.... It honestly could be better. Great food if you have a tolerance for the process... I also ordered a hot spicy level. When I asked for dry spice to add on top, they took my order into the kitchen and returned it to me mysteriously unchanged. I would think that's suspicious.
Prince's Hot Chicken Shack has the benefit of being the "original" Nashville hot chicken however its far from the best. The service at the Assembly Food Hall location was OK albeit disorganized. The chicken had good heat however it lacked flavor compared to most Hot chicken yet managed to be over salted along with the fries. 2.5 (5.0)
