Pharmacy Burger

Rude staff! They kept pointing and not saying words and I couldn’t figure out what they were trying to convey. It turned out I was standing at the wrong kiosk and the other was 3 feet away from that one but I also couldn’t see that through the DENSE Halloween spider web decorations. I ordered and they use SMS texting to tell you when your food is done. I never got a text and found my food sitting out with my melted shake and lukewarm burger. When I pointed out that I wasn’t texted and that my food had been sitting out the girl working pressed her (gloved) hand onto my burger bun and said it’s still hot and blew me off. I won’t be eating there again.

The staff were slow to get to the counter and seemed to be more interested in talking to each other than the customers. At least the burger was good or this would have been a three star review. This burger was very juicy, took seven napkins to clean it off my fingers. The bun was surprisingly good.

Good food; HORRIBLY SLOW and inefficient service. Workers standing around often acting like they don’t know what to do. No communication about why the long wait. Waited 36 minutes for chicken burger. Waited 4-5 more minutes for sweet potato fries, fries, and a drink. There were not many people waiting in line or waiting for food when we ordered.
