Beware ordering delivery through the app. Didn't receive my full order and app clearly states to contact the shop you ordered from if there's a problem. Called and was told I had to contact doordash for any delivery problems. Issue with that is there's no record of an order on doordash because I ordered from potbelly directly. So basically oh well. The rest of my order I received was good.
I have not had Pot Belly in years. I used to get it from here all the time with a coworker who left our office about four years ago; it could be five years ago. It wasn’t like I did it on purpose. Another coworker was eating pot belly, and I was like ok, I am going today. I got here, and it was pretty busy, but kudos to them for being very staffed with very upbeat and friendly people who got me my food quickly. Thank you for that. I ordered the Chili and the wreck sandwich; I have to say the toasted sandwich was outstanding! Very flavorful. I have to say I hate to talk trash about a place, but I am not sure what was going on with the Chili. It was beyond thick it was like paste. Maybe I got it at the wrong time. I would be willing to try it again. Anywho sandwiches are fantastic.
Why are you asking for tips you pay more than a server wage of like two or three bucks how offensive is it is it that an original is about 6 in in length now you're still charging me almost 12 bucks with a drink and then you still have the gall to ask for more money while you're paying your employees 13 to $15 an hour they don't deserve a tip your sandwiches are under whelming now and I think I'm done shopping at potbelly all together asking for a tip upon checkout that is just ridiculous your employees make more than a server wage there's no way you guys should be asking for a tip Parking: Lots of parking if you want to walk
