Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is always a disaster to order from. We typically order online and nearly every time there is something wrong with our order. We have had missing items, incorrect orders and once the store was closed even though the schedule said they were open. It’s very frustrating to place an order and then be told the item is not available and a refund cannot be issued. Giving 2 stars because when we do get our order the food is great! Really disappointed with how this particular location is run.

The service at this location is really slow. One of the employees was talking to another and even stop in the process of wrapping to talk. What I ordered was being made wrong in front of me even as I was telling the worker. I gave it two stars because the person I was going for still liked the food. I would not recommend this location.

ZERO STARS!!! Ordered online… order stated it would be done at 12:30pm, I went to the window at 1pm to inquire about my order (I knew the girl was working alone so I gave her some time)… first the girl kinda ignored me when I asked about my order and then was told there is no quesadillas today that the quesadilla machine was broke. They seen me standing there the whole damn time!! Then the manager had the nerve to ask me do I want something else!!!
