Worst Potbelly ever! Not greeted at all. Ordered a small mac and cheese. Old and burnt and the server knew it when she gave it to me. Immediately went back and asked for a refund. Refund receipt looked odd, so I went back and spoke to the manager. He advised since the transaction was done that day it would be refunded the same day. I asked for his name and he said it was Jason. Upon leaving, I heard one of the girl there say, 'She asked you for your name?' as if Im in the wrong for their bad service. Potbelly continues to get worse.
If it's 13$ for a sandwich it should at least be decent. A half a piece of ham for $13!? It's burnt. Dry. ???? Now it's drive through only which is a huge pain, if I didn't work next door I would never return lol.
It’s a sandwich….not rocket science. why do you mess up my order every single time. It’s just a ham and cheese for my son who likes bland things. And then when I sit through the drive through to get it fixed I’m the bad guy? Get it together. Again it’s a sandwich it’s not that hard. The potbelly in Naperville…. amazing…. be more like them.
