I've never had a problem at this potbelly's. everyone I've encountered has been very polite. and the food is always so so so good!!!!! 4/5 stars because you guys need to move down south!!!! bradley/bourbonnais doesn't have enough sandwich shops yet (lol). you guys need to complete us! yummy sandwhiches
Dawg this place is bangin all day everyday. Super clean lobby, friendly and personable employees, and the food is always on point. These guys load them sammies up ⬆️!!
Misleading hours of operation state that they are 10 to 10 I pulled in at 9:20 and the doors are locked and the drive-through is not functionable would love to try it but they’re closed and hiring
