Really poor experience overall. Food was just okay. The drive through lane was for online orders only - wasn't marked and wasted a good 15 minutes to find out. Overall, quality of the food for the price+hassle was not worth it. Quantity of the food was good - especially when ordering the burritos. Will not be returning to this particular location. Features: Drive thru for online orders
Kudos to management for jumping in and saving me from the most confusing and unforgiving app I have ever used. After asking for assistance before using the app I thought I had it figured out. Not. Next time I’d advise just coming inside to avoid confusion. Or just place an order using the app and let the chips fall where they may. My story and I’m sticking to it.
It's always a pleasant experience at Chipotle. This one in particular because I can do whatever runs I need to run with shopping and still grab a quick bite. With the nice employees here, it's a pretty cool place to stop, eat and continue with my day. ????
