Potbelly offers truly outstanding hot sandwiches on white or wheat bread in a fun causal environment. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the service was friendly and speedy. Beware the hot peppers will make you sweat so they aren’t for the feint tongue. Strong recommendation.
To your management: up your pay if you can't staff enough people. Only one staff member present, orders backed up.... Really trying to extract every ounce of your employee's value huh? Potbelly has been in the Chicago area forever so gave it a try. Same good food but it hasn't caught on yet here..
