I went in this evening. The place was clean everyone was very polite and patient because I had no idea what I wanted. One young lady gave me a recommendation of the beef steak house sandwich. It was good. Thank you guys.
I wanted to try the new pastrami sandwich which was good. That's the only good thing. I ordered online came through drive thru. Waited 15 minutes past the time it was to be ready. Ordered no pickles on my sandwich. It was loaded with pickles. Ordered a big big pickle on the side. It was so old it was limp juice running out and seeds falling everywhere. Whenever I go to Jimmy John's the pickles be fresh crisp and crunchy
This was our first time here and everybody loved their food. The staff were also friendly and professional. The place was clean, including the restrooms. The only reason I'm rating four stars and not five is that the unsweet tea was starting I to go bad. From my past when I worked in restaurants, I know sweet tea goes bad in just a couple hours but unsweet tea takes much longer to go downhill, meaning either the tea urn wasn't properly washed and sanitized or the tea had been sitting out for many hours
