Chipotle Mexican Grill

So I ordered had someone pick up for me he asked about drink said yea it's I the bag didn't know had to get yourself .....so I didn't get my drink and this was my food .....20$ I got a cup of tomato's thought it was salsa ?? Only thing good was the guac .....I wanted to complain....I did it online... I wanted my drink replaced if I go again ...I get free guac and I guess cuz I complained about my food being a mess like it is I get another free guac ....come on ......these people gotta do better everything is expensive so I need a little more than six pieces of steak on my tacos would be nice if I had a lil even distribution of my lettuce and cheese .....

I placed an online order and a to go order. While making my boi I said to the young lady that was making my food doesn’t the chicken look dry, she said yes kind of!!! So if it looks dry, WHY are you serving it too customers I asked to speak to the manager she said if it is dry you can bring it back and I should not have paid for anything because the chicken and steak was very dry after tasting it!! I waited 25 minutes for vinaigrette another customer asked if she could have a vinaigrette a gentleman went straight to the back and gave her 1 and I still had to wait. I asked the cashier how much longer do I have to wait I was told the lady who brings whatever to make the vinaigrette was stuck in traffic. I asked for a refund I was told to call a 800 number. The worst experience ever!! After all that happened I went back to speak to management and my issue was rectified immediately!! It’s just unfortunate what I had to experience for me to get what I paid for and better quality of food. S

My daughter loves chipotle and it's one of the few things she eats. We're from out of town and this was the closest one. We went within an hour of closing and maybe that's why the workers weren't friendly. I've been to plenty of chipotles where they greet you and the service is the complete opposite from this one.
