My favorite location (they toast and prepare the sandwiches perfect). I usually call the order in and pick up in the drive thru when I am driving and 10-15 minutes out. On this occasion I was placed on hold and arrived, went inside and ordered before anyone came back to the phone some 18 minutes after they put me on hold - I was in line already ordered and paying but did not want to be rude and hang up. They were busy but appeared staffed adequately to take phone orders - they may need to train or check their ring back function on their phone to avoid in the future. Overall still my favorite of the 4 locations I eat at.

The sandwich is good, but the chicken wasn't what I expected. I will try something else next time. OMG, the cookies!!! Both cookies are good, but the suger cookies were soooo delicious. Yeah, no. I come here often and order the same thing all the time. I ask for LIGHT oil, they put so much the bag is drenched. I ask for EXTRA mayo, put almost none. Make it make sense? It tastes better than subway, however, you’re unable to see them add the toppings so you can’t ask for more of something like at subway.
