Chick-fil-A is not what it used to be. I go to the drive thru to pick food for a family of 5. I get home and my daughters food is wrong so I call thinking I would get a gift card like in the past but all I was told was there's nothing we can do unless you're in the store. I do not feel the same way about Chick-fil-A as I used to before.
