Reasonably good sandwiches heated through a conveyor over. Prices are steep for a sandwich shop.
The girl running the register was extremely rude she could definitely use some retraining they weren’t even busy the other 3 employees working the line were very friendly
Ordered online and had to wait in the store for 40 minutes longer than suggested pickup time. I understand a few minutes but come on, you had 3 people working. Saw at least 3 parties order and get their food before me. There was 6 other parties waiting for their online order. I watched one party, who came in 10 minutes after I started waiting, finish their food before I even received mine. Icing on the cake is when I brought the food home to realize they didn't even give me the right sandwich and the soda was flat. Where was the leadership?
