This is review is based on online ordering and delivery. The past two orders done via the potbelly official website have come out wrong. The first I had missing shakes and was told to go pick them up or get a refund. The second time this location gave the wrong order to the third party delivery service, whose solution then was sending their personal driver to deliver the cold food. It’s a chain so the food meets the standard of any other potbelly place.
Good food, the prices are just ridiculous though. 10 dollar sandwiches and bottle drink prices being through roof. But nice filling sandwiches and clean environment help me overlook said prices.
Fast staff. Sandwiches were made exactly as ordered. My coffee shake was amazing as well! We always get Big Wrecks on multigrain bread.. yummy yummy yummy!!!!!!
