Chick-fil-A

I hope this is a fluke. This chicken sandwich is so thin it’s ridiculous. I feel ripped off.

On this cool and rainy day we stopped by Chick fil a and it was super busy. We dined inside. The food was good as you can see from the food on our tray it was good. I was really impressed by Neicie on how she was so attentive to our order and providing refills to customers as they walk up. This is the last time I visit this Chick-fil-A location. I don’t understand what the point of a drive-through is when they had me waiting 30+ minutes in the parking lot and then I had to go find my own food in the restaurant. What is the point of going in a drive-through if I could’ve just gone into the restaurant and ordered myself When I went in in there to find my food Everyone was so nonchalant they couldn’t even apologize. I cannot believe the level of customer service they try to represent and it’s totally opposite. The funny part the only thing I ordered was a mac & cheese and four piece chicken tenders. If they can get that right I don’t know what they can do.
