The food here is much better than I was expecting. The service was ok, not great, not terrible. The atmosphere left a lot to be desired, but we came with a large party on short notice and they were able to get us in, so no real complaints; but this place isn't going to blow you away in any respect. This place was great !! The food was amazing some of the best coconut shrimp I have have had in my entire life! The food and drinks we had came fast and everything was excellent! Our server was Adam was the best!! He gave the best service I have had in a very long time ( if not ever) ! Very friendly and went above and beyond any needs we had .. Over all would 100 percent recommend !! Only complaint would be we didn’t feel like we had enough people to do karaoke (as there were only two of us) ????
Wanted to try out their karaoke room because I have never been. You have to call in advance to reserve a room, and it is a non-refundable $15. It does not go towards the food/drinks you order when you are there. The service was okay, and I can tell our waitress was trying her best to attend to us, but it was hard because the bell in the room did not notify her when we needed her. It was broken so she had to come check in on us on her own while she had to tend to other tables in the dining area or we just leave our room and ask for her. The room looked outdated and dirty...floor was sticky and seats looked run down. The food was not good at all. We tried to eat it but couldn’t so the majority of it went to waste. I believe I got food poisoning from the sashimi special platter. I felt so terrible the next day. I was miserable. The presentation of the dishes looked really pretty, but it did not taste right at all. I only gave this place two stars instead of one because of the service. I r
