The Arlington Heights IL store on Dundee Rd. Is the worst the store is filthy, The staff seemed like lazy unmotivated robots or should I say mummies a statue would have been a better help . My beef was dry I asked for extra juicy and it seemed much smaller then it used to be I don't mind paying a higher price and being full but now I'm left hungry and will not be back . There's Luke's or other places nearby that will be happy to serve me quickly and get a much better deal......Pro Tip to the CEO before you build more stores you need to take a serious look at the quailty and service because all that money invested in stores and no customers is a loss for portillo's because look at your ratings. I WILL NOT BE BACK Give my coupon to one of the corporate guys and have them visit this store and fix the issues ..

I was a former Portillo‘s employee and one of my managers lost a paycheck that I had. Portillos finally contacted me to get me the money that I worked for and told me to call the number that they have listed, I did and no one answered my phone calls at all. Over the span of four days I tried to call three times a day at different times so maybe somebody would answer. Finally somebody answered and they transferred me to the payroll department who then did not answer. Which means they now have my money that has been owed to me for over a year and are doing nothing to get it to me because they are not answering any phone calls. Absolutely ridiculous customer service.

Service was bad the food is the normal portilos. Didn't ring the food up right n manager was not helpful with their mistake n being petty over $1.49 bread and a soda $2.49. Really could have satisfied the customer due to their error!
