Poor Service and Management! Treated poorly after waiting 45 minutes for seating! Waitress was very rude as she rushed us to hurry and order. We noticed that she wasn’t as agitated with other guess around us but she seemed genuine annoyed with us and wanted to rush us to hurry as they were closing. What we couldn’t understand is why they seated us to give us poor services. After a few snappy remarks from the waitress about a drink I order with light ice, I asked for the GM. Her words were I was going to get more drink with less ice. I explained that was besides the point, I prefer light ice. The glass was removed, ice picked or poured out and same glass returned dirty. I requested a manager and she came out and her attitude was smug as well as she didn’t help at all. Basically she shudder her shoulders as I explained I requested a drink with light ice and got the runaround about a simple cocktail. There was a 5 min wait but they will send you a text when your table is ready. We had the Crispy Brussel Sprouts, Chicken Tacqitas and Shrimp Pasta. I wish the pasta had more shrimp. Other than that, we had a great time.
Can’t ever go wrong with Cheesecake Factory, everything we had was great and our server was kind and very attentive. We came for lunch on a Friday so there wasn’t many people there but the bread was still warm and the atmosphere was still good.
