Portillo's Hot Dogs

I hate to say it, but the food was so much better under the previous ownership. They also got rid of some of my favorite healthy menu options.. the grilled tuna & the portobello mushroom sandwich. Service is fast and efficient and I am glad they brought back the meal deals.

The last two times I've gone through the drive-through they forgot something. One of the times I called and the manager said he would refund me for what I was missing. Because they had my order number. That never happened. The last time I went through the drive-through, I told him about that situation they offered me a second order of fries. What am I gonna do with two orders of fries for one person ????????‍♀️ So now tonight I went inside because I don't trust the drive-through anymore and they still forgot my chopped salad. Glad I was paying attention! Yes please forget my $12 item. There was only one other person waiting for their food. It took over 10 minutes for my order to be done. I would hate to see this place at a busy time! btw the lady that hands you the orders when they are complete it doesn't even bother to check what is supposed to be in the order. this place is a joke I'm done! ???????????????????????? After reading these responses and Portillos replies.... it bother

This was our first Portillo's experience and the food was wonderful. We had a very large order and they did very well, just a couple of little things, but they did seem annoyed that I asked for them, and I definitely wasn't mean. But, no biggie, the food was great and we were all full. We actually live in MN and found out we have 3 locations here, so we will definitely be eating at Portillo's again. Out of the 3 restaurants we dined at on our trip, this was our son's fave - lucky for him he can get it at home! ????
