A very busy location! The drive thru had a huge lineup so we ordered inside which had a much shorter queue. The service was fairly quick and although it was busy, there were still plenty of seating. The food is consistently good at any Portillos I've visited.
First time experiencing an Italian beef sub and I must say it delivered!!! The atmosphere was pleasant. I’ll definitely be back.
Food was good but wrong. Didn’t have time to go back as we ordered at 9:45pm inside the restaurant. Ordered a double cheeseburger and once I got to my destination it was a single cheeseburger. I also dislike the fact that this restaurant is always dirty. Behind the counter food is always everywhere (on the floor, on the counter tops). This store is always a mess in the evening. To say that every Portillos you go to they are always busy because the food is great. I feel they should have 1 or 2 people only focused on cleaning.
