Chipotle Mexican Grill

If I could give them 0 stars I would have. The service there is horrible. The employees attitudes are bad. I ask for something very simple, adding one ingredient to the side and she rolled her eyes. Once the order was done, instead of handing me the order in my hand. The lady walked passed my hand and placed it on the shelf. I’m not understanding the rudeness, with this team. But the team on 5/9 at 1:45 pm needs more training on how to treat a customer.

Best burrito bowl I’ve had ever thank you

Untrained millennial half a**ed burrito rollers will give you too much, then when you politely suggest/ask/beg them to double roll it with another tortilla, you get a know-it-all, snarky blonde haired valley girl "it's fine, i'm a pro" remark. It only further infuriated me when the f**** thing broke right in half, instead of saving it, she scooped off 1/3 and rolled a bunch of now soggy slop in a tortilla. Ever taken all the ingredients in a burrito and just mixed em up and spooned em into a tortilla? No, right? RIGHT!! If you're paying $8 for this garbage - it better be friggin artfully done, and with some customer service rather than some dumb finger painting major who's a "pro". You're better off at any other location - literally so many to choose from, if it's busy here (Lunch, Dinner) you will get terrible service, horrible food prep (when they roll it all together) and some a**hat college brat who knows everything and is too dumb to think for 2 seconds and screws everyone over.
