Porterhouse Bar and Grill

It is interesting to read all these comments because none of them happened to me. It is a typical bar with russian speaking team and every time I go here (mostly Saturday nights) I sit at the bar where I meet new people every time and make friends. Prices are reasonable. The blonde bartender is very funny with a beautiful smile. She remembers every detail too. So I do not need to speak each time because she already knows. After reading the comments and the answers, I specifically wanted to meet the manager, whom I assumed him to be Russian, and he happened to be a very typical american manager. Actually I try to understand the negative comments and try to find such things but all I see is the same regular faces/customers who keep coming. Btw it is closed until afternoon but stays open until midnight. My latest was 2.30 am but the bar was still busy when I left. Long story short, see you guys on Saturday!!

Worst service I have ever experienced. Walked into the establishment and sat down at a table outside. We did not get a menu for like 20 minutes until i decided to walk up to a server and ask if someone would take our orders. She said someone will be with us shortly, so we waited. About another 20 minutes went by and no one came by, not even to give us a glass of water. After that we decided to go order directly at the bar thinking it would be quicker, but I was wrong. The bartender told us she was busy and wouldn’t take the order. The whole staff was rude and unwelcoming. Terrible experience overall and I wont we coming back here again.

We went here this evening for drinks and some food. First off the waitress did not introduce herself then stood so far away she could not here our drinks order correctly after being told twice she still got the order wrong and my sister in-law waited ten minutes to get the correct drink. Then the food order was taken this was understood eventually. The food came and on the whole was good except my sister in-laws nachos which were tasteless, had the waitresses returned to the table to ask was everything ok she would have known, instead she was told when clearing the table, no apology was made or questions to find out what hat was wrong. We paid the bill and left my sister in-law was last to leave it was only then that the waitress ask was was wrong with then and she was very rude telling my sister in-law not to come back. I have never had such poor service in all of my life.
