This location always forget something some of your orders. The chicken is black and dried because it’s been fried too long. This time, I decided to call and they didn’t answer. I left a message and that was two days ago! Makes me mad when I paid for stuff I didn’t get all the time. And this location is just getting worse! Needless to say, I ate one piece and couldn’t finish it. And my family didn’t even touch it. Even the mash and gravy was old and gross.

I don’t understand what the issue is at this location. It doesn’t matter when I came a day, week, or year later I’ve always had issues. They are often closed early , are understaffed , and are run by poor management. There was even one particular time where they ran out of chicken and still decided to stay open? Then this week after months of not having been here I assumed I would experience something different . I was wrong again. They were staffed well but every one ignored me, even the manager who looked at me in the eyes. After he finally took my order I waited 10 min just to see them take other customer orders and serve them before me. I then talked to the clueless manager who took my order. He realized my order didn’t get made and had it made as if nothing had happened . One coke machine was not operational and the other was out of half of the selections. A new group of about 8 customers came in and ordered at the same time. And true to them selves they couldn’t get them out

Manager helping me was very obviously understaffed. She did pretty well considering the circumstances. I've managed fast food before, I know the struggle. I ordered inside, to go. My order was completed quickly, other than no gift certificates available for purchase. As I was walking out the door, I overheard someone say something about a 30 min wait for chicken. I guess I got lucky. Food was great. Biscuit hit the spot.
